What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?
Mainly my coping mechanism is sleeping. I am working on building healthier, more productive coping skills. I do mediate. That helps. And I feel that boundaries are an important tool to maintaining mental health. Learning to say “no” is a powerful self care skill. I am also trying to incorporate exercise, particularly walking and running, into my healthy skills. Still struggling but making the attempt is the first step.
